• If you are using a washing machine, ensure that washing speed does not exceed 600 revolutions per minute.

• Air/ Line Dry - Say No! to the tumble dryer (Protects your garments from shrinking and the environment).
• Remove pads before washing (Keep them in their optimum shape as long as possible).
• Wash in wash bags (Prolong the life of your pieces and keep them in their optimum shape as long as possible).

Our fabric is known for its high stretchability. If you happen to fall between sizes, you'll most likely fit into both. We recommend that you choose the smaller size for a tighter and more compressive fit, or the larger size if you prefer a more relaxed fit.
