Shipping and Exchange

Domestic Shipping 
Free shipping is offered on orders above SGD$120. 
For orders less than SGD$120, a shipping fee of SGD$6 applies. 
You can expect to receive your parcel within 5-7 business days from the date of order placed.
Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched. 

International Shipping (Worldwide)
You can expect to receive your parcel within 10-20 business days from the date of order placed.
Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched. 
Customs & Import Charge: Import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, FAWN does not have control over these charges as custom policies and import duties varies differently from country to country.
Please also note that Import Duties, Taxes and Charges (including VAT) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Kindly check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.


Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this point in time. We allow a free one-time exchange for items purchased directly from our website (only applicable to orders made within Singapore). 
How to exchange? 
1) Please send an email to us at with the following information: 
  • Name and Email Address used to place the order 
  • Order Number 
  • Reason for exchange 
  • Colour and Size of the item(s) that you wish to exchange 
  • Colour and Size of the replacement item(s) 
2) Please wait for our email reply to inform you on the availability of the requested item(s) before sending us your exchange item(s). We will get back to you within 3-5 business days. 

3) Please ensure that you send your exchange item(s) to us via registered mail/ any delivery method with tracking. Please note that you will incur the delivery cost. *We will not be responsible for any lost parcels.
4) Once we receive your exchange item(s), we will follow up with you closely on the exchange of your item. This includes but is not limited to: 
  • Placing a new order for your return item(s) on your behalf, or 
  • Rejecting and sending back your exchange item if it does not meet our conditions for exchange. (Please see below for the conditions of the exchange.)
Please note that there will be a $5 re-delivery fee for any subsequent exchanges.
Conditions for exchange:
  • Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt, in original condition. 
  • Returned items with any stains, including but not limited to make-up and deodorant stains and/or pet fur, will be rejected.
  • If you wish to exchange your item for another item of a higher value, a top-up in price difference is required. The top-up will be based on the original price, excluding any discounts or promo codes. 
  • No refunds in price difference will be given if you choose to exchange your item for a product of a lower value. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges from products bought from third parties. Please contact the store or website you originally bought your item(s) from.
